Caspar has a Master degree in Landscape Architecture from the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University in Copenhagen (now Copenhagen University). Caspar has also attended Harvard Graduate School of Design, Cambridge, USA.

2005 – External lecturer in golf course architecture at Vilvorde, Denmark and Alnarp University, Sweden teaching Danish and Swedish green keeper students
Through his work for Hawtree Ltd. Caspar has been working with all aspects of golf course architecture. Special expertise within historic and classic golf courses from the beginning of the 19th century.
Caspar has been studying the work of golf course architects from that time period especially Harry Colt, Alister MacKenzie, Hugh Alison, James Braid and Frederick G. Hawtree has been a source of inspiration.
